Products And Services

NCR3DPrint offers 3D printed products, custom 3D printing, lithophane lamps, gifts, educational kits, design-related assistance, and related services. Product availability, colours, materials, finishes, dimensions, and delivery timelines may vary.

Custom Orders

For custom 3D printing, the customer is responsible for providing accurate design files, images, dimensions, requirements, and approvals. Minor variation in colour, layer lines, texture, tolerance, surface finish, and dimensions can occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

Customer Content And Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use, reproduce, and print any file, photo, logo, artwork, character, model, or design submitted to us. NCR3DPrint may refuse orders that appear unlawful, unsafe, infringing, offensive, or unsuitable for production.

Pricing And Quotations

Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Custom order pricing may depend on material, size, weight, print time, design complexity, post-processing, packaging, and shipping. Quotes are valid only for the period mentioned in the quote or, if no period is mentioned, for 7 days.

Orders And Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or after written confirmation from NCR3DPrint for approved offline arrangements. Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment providers.

Production And Delivery Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to design complexity, queue load, print failure, material availability, machine maintenance, quality checks, or courier delays.

Product Use And Safety

3D printed products may not be suitable for high-temperature environments, load-bearing applications, food contact, medical use, electrical use, or use by young children unless expressly stated.

Cancellation, Refunds, And Replacements

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCR3DPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our maximum liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
