Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to purchases made from NCR3DPrint, operated by NCR Innovations.

Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept online payments through authorized payment providers. Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods shown at checkout.

Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid only after successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway or our authorised payment records. If payment is pending, failed, reversed, or disputed, order processing may be delayed or paused.

Failed Or Duplicate Payments

If your payment fails but money is debited, the amount is usually reversed by the bank or payment provider according to their timelines. For duplicate payment concerns, contact us with your order number, payment date, amount, and transaction reference.

Custom Orders And Advance Payments

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products may require full or partial advance payment before design work, material preparation, or production begins.

Payment Security

Online payment details such as full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or wallet credentials are handled by the payment gateway and financial institutions. NCR3DPrint does not store sensitive payment authentication details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refund timelines depend on Razorpay, the customer\’s bank, card network, UPI provider, or other payment provider involved.
