This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with NCR3DPrint, operated by NCR Innovations.

Delivery Coverage

We ship products across India where courier service is available. Local delivery or pickup options may be available for selected Delhi-NCR orders if confirmed by NCR3DPrint.

Processing And Production Time

Ready-made products are usually processed faster than custom products. Custom 3D printed products require production time based on design complexity, print duration, material availability, finishing requirements, and current production queue.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the courier partner, destination, serviceability, weather, holidays, and other operational factors. Typical delivery within India may take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, but remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or included in the quotation. Charges may depend on destination, package size, weight, product type, and delivery method.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order status page after dispatch.

Incorrect Address Or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and availability for delivery. Extra charges may apply for re-shipping due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at delivery, please take photos or video before opening and contact us within 48 hours. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
