Cancellation And Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from NCR3DPrint, operated by NCR Innovations, through https://ncr3dprint.in/ or other confirmed order channels.
Order Cancellation
For ready-made products, cancellation requests may be accepted before the order is packed or shipped. For custom, personalised, made-to-order, lithophane, design-specific, or 3D printed-on-demand products, cancellation may be accepted only before design work, slicing, material preparation, or printing has started.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Customer-approved custom designs after production has started.
- Incorrect files, images, dimensions, text, spelling, or instructions provided by the customer.
- Minor colour, texture, layer-line, finish, or dimensional variations normal to 3D printing.
- Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, heat exposure, modification, or improper installation.
- Delivery failure due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the package and product, and a description of the issue. After verification, we may offer repair guidance, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refund Method And Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. It may take 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in the customer\’s account. If payment was made through Razorpay, refund status may also depend on Razorpay and the customer\’s bank/payment provider.
Replacement Timeline
Replacement production and dispatch timelines depend on product type, material availability, design complexity, and courier serviceability.
